Applying for a Visa for travel to the United States can be a time-consuming process. Though AIB 2025 Louisville is still months away, we recommend starting your Visa application process as soon as possible to mitigate any delays in processing.

To help alleviate some of the stress of travel preparation, we have made your invitation letter available for download right now in our AIB Member Portal. Beneath your membership information on the left, you will see a button that says, “Download an Invitation Letter for AIB 2025”. Click it to continue to our Invitation Letter Request Form.

Please fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form in its entirety and ensure that all the information provided is accurate before you click the submit button at the bottom of the page. You will need to fill this form out again in its entirety if you need to make any corrections after the letter has been issued.

It’s that simple! If you need to confirm any other materials that may be required for your Visa application, please contact the appropriate government agency for your country of citizenship or visit their website.
