On Wednesday night, two people were killed after a vehicle crashed through their home in Fresno. The incident occurred around 9:30 pm in the Cedar and Nevada avenues area, north of Tulare Avenue, according to Your Central Valley. MAGEC Detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office attempted to make a traffic stop on a white Tahoe, but the driver sped off, initiating a pursuit. The Tahoe then went off the roadway and into a house, initially killing one woman and injuring another. The injured woman was later pronounced dead. Other people inside the residence were not injured. The SUV driver attempted to flee the scene but was arrested in a neighborhood on Ball Avenue, stated ABC 30. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment for his injuries and will be booked into jail.
