Alright, I may have to apologize in advance—because I’m going to rave about Virgin Voyages. But seriously, if you haven’t sailed with them yet, I can’t recommend it enough. This adults-only cruise line is an absolute oasis at sea, catering to singles, couples, and friends alike. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or something in between, Virgin Voyages offers a little bit of everything.
While there are so many things I could go on and on about (I could literally write a book!), today I want to focus on two amenities that really stood out during my recent cruise with my husband. These are the spots we kept returning to throughout the trip—and trust me, they were exactly what we needed for a perfect balance of relaxation and fun.

The heat beds are designed to relax your entire body, and the warmth from the marble is the ultimate way to ease any tension. We ended up spending quite a bit of time here—it’s perfect for just lying down and zoning out.
- Mud Room – This is a truly unique experience! Virgin Voyages takes relaxation to the next level with their mud room. After a day of exploring, applying some rejuvenating mud on your skin was a luxurious treat. It was like getting a spa treatment without leaving the ship
- Himalayan Salt Room – The salt room was another highlight. The soothing ambiance combined with the benefits of Himalayan salt made this one of my favorite spots. Not only does the salt have therapeutic benefits, but the room itself is just so peaceful and calming.
- Hot Tub & Cold Plunge – Of course, no spa experience would be complete without the contrasting sensations of a hot tub and cold plunge. We loved alternating between the two, giving our muscles that extra relaxation boost after long days at sea.
- Luxurious Robes – And let’s not forget the robes. The luxurious, plush robes they provide are everything—perfect for lounging around in between spa treatments or just feeling pampered while you take a break.

It’s also about fun, and one of the things that really stood out to us was their gaming space—which, by the way, is not just for kids. If you’re a kid at heart (or just want to bring out your inner child), you’ll love this vibrant and nostalgic space. We spent hours there! Here’s what you’ll find
- Shuffleboard Tables – If you’re like me and have a soft spot for classic games, you’ll love the shuffleboard tables. They’re perfect for a bit of friendly competition while you enjoy the sea breeze.

Virgin Voyages made sure that adults have just as much fun as kids with these amazing amenities. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and playful nostalgia that can keep you entertained all day (and night) long.

Honestly, Virgin Voyages is the kind of cruise line that’s hard to top.
