Salmon with lentils and wholegrain mustard sauce.
Salmon with lentils is not something that is uncommon. However, adding spinach and wholegrain mustard gives a bit of an edge in my opinion. During the pandemic i managed to cook -like many others i guess- all the recipes that i could. It was for certain that sometimes i would have to experiment with new things. Spinach and lentils mixed with salmon was something that i have heard before but what about adding some mustard? Well, i can guaranted you that the following dressing is zesty and vibrant with freshly grilled salmon rested on top. Bear in mind that there are other variations possible. You could have that recipe with a pan seared salmon but in my opinion it is much easier when you leave them in the oven to grill and focus on the lentils and spinach. Also, for this case i had a salmon steak and not a fillet which makes more sense to grill or place it in the oven for me. You can make it as spicy as you want or mix it differently.
