If you're looking to up your health efforts, you aren't the only one. Perhaps you've recently had testosterone replacement therapy and can now benefit from more strength and want to build your fitness, or perhaps you're just looking to get healthier. Whatever the reason, there is no time like the present to get into it. Golf Golf is a sport which many people enjoy due to its competitive nature and the many health benefits it brings. In a round of golf you can burn around 600 calories in a session, when playing you’ll get to catch up with your friends and you’ll test your mental strength. Once you’ve played for a while and got some experience, golf is a sport you can be competitive with and travel the world playing - there are many holiday golf resorts. If you are looking to improve and potentially compete, you could look into Golf Fitness Training as a way to improve outside of playing a round. Tennis So much enjoyment comes in a game of tennis! There is nothing better than a hot summer day and a casual tennis match with your friends (or a competitive match, depending on your ability). Tennis has grown a lot in popularity over the years, with more towns opening courts. More recently, a version of tennis called pickleball has started to pick up popularity, with a lot of major cities opening courts - we saw some in LA, recently, next to Muscle Beach! Take a look at what is happening in your local area. Rock climbing If you want to try something different, that may be out of your comfort zone, rock climbing could be the sport for you. Rock climbing is great for building muscle and challenging your mind, as you’ll be problem-solving a lot as you work out the best routes to take to the top. You can go rock climbing with a group of friends, or with a couple of people and there are different varieties of rock climbing that you can try, such as bouldering - bouldering is on a smaller wall, with no ropes attached! These sports should help you to get into your fitness goals and hit those milestones in 2025.
