Happy world karate day to all lovely karatekas,  we always try adding values, and today also i want to highlight some important point, read till end before making wrong judgment. Sudden demise of one of the Finest Bollywood Actor and a Great Human being made all  talk about groupism in Bollywood but is that just limited to Bollywood? .....No ! SPORTS, BUSINESS, and many other fields have similar kind of things. When i was beginner i was not knowing that in our karate such things exists,  but then at later stage i got to know that all these things are going on here too. It make difficult for one to survive in such groupism,  i m a content creator, i approach all kind of athletes based on their skills and qualifications,  and this groupism make some people against me, they think we just support particular groups.... but in reality there is nothing like that in our mind, we don't care about any Group,  if one is really good we don't mind learning from him/her.   At 1st we all are human being, what will one get by such groupism?????.......  it only divides people.  We wants our country Flag shining brightest among all but here one is trying to pull down other,  Internal groupisim and many things are Stopping Talented ones to Shine High.  Groupism in form of associations are at peak in our karate.  Don't know what was the exact reason in past to make this association system, but now it is all ruined, if a athlete go to learn from someone good, people of particular association will put him/her under serious allegations, all these association stuff had divided many people .  Having close friends, and Groupism are totally different things, there is very thin line between them. Helping your Fellow karatekas will make you more respectable and loved. Knowledge increases when we share, learning from someone excellent will not degrade your position,  instead it will add more values to your skill.  All i wish is better and clean sports where people uplifts one other, where one feel happy seeing other person achievement,  where players just have to focus on their practice rather then all these other stuff. There are players whose whole day and night are just dedicated to practice, this groupism might not affect a beginner that much,  but for these kind of athletes  it will affect badly and will broke them mentally too, if you are reading this please try to make our Sports safe in all aspects 🙏.   Be the change you wish to see by not indulging  in any  activities  which ruins someone's passion.
