Recently you submitted your questions about Lauryn’s third pregnancy so we’re sharing all her answers here so you get all the details.
You may already know Lauryn’s story on her first pregnancy (gaining 60 lbs, oblivious to the tools available for mindset and full-body wellness), her second pregnancy (still gaining weight, but more active and utilizing wellness practices, which made all the difference), and all the hard work she’s put in over the last 3.5 years with weight training and eating more protein for feeling and looking her best.
Not only that, she’s made slow mornings, meditation and wellness (like like sauna and cold plunge) a top priority. Now that she’s pregnant with number 3, will all that go out the window? Not a chance.
In fact, Lauryn recently did a solo episode on The HIM & HER Show all about her third pregnancy. From conception mindset to deeper insight on what really matters to her during this time, she’s sharing everything you want to know from cravings, her fitness and diet plan, how she’s relaxing and her postpartum plan.

PREGNANCY Q&A WITH LAURYN:
How are you preparing for birth?
L: 30 minutes a day of meditation, visualizing a peaceful, calm birth, workout every day, walking and moving my body as much as possible, supplements and lots of meat and organs.

Was your pregnancy a surprise?
L: It was planned. We decided we wanted to try for number 3. We love making babies!
Any cravings?
L: Specifically duck liver pâté, sour candy, tangerines dipped in hummus, sourdough toast with raw butter, blueberry lemon Greek yogurt, Pop’s Bagels (chocolate chip with whipped cream cheese).

Are you taking Beauty Salt during this pregnancy?
L: Yes, every single morning. The ingredients are literally the most simple on the market and clean as can be. Don’t listen to me though, check with your doctor.
Any foods you’re staying away from? Do you still drink raw milk?
L: Yes, I still drink raw milk milk every day. I drink unpasteurized juice daily, have coffee, eat sushi and oysters. I did with all my pregnancies. But check with your own doctor, I checked with mine.
Prenatal workout routine? What’s your plan?
L: It hasn’t changed. I’m doing the same workouts I did pre-pregnancy and every day. Because I like it. Here’s what I do:
+ Lift 4-5 days a week with Brent. More on how he changed my body here.
+ Classical Pilates 2-3 times a week.
+ Lots of tennis.

Mouth tape during pregnancy?
L: YES. I will never miss one single night of mouth taping. It’s change the quality of my sleep and life. Every night of my life, I will do this until I die.
How are you feeling?
L: I feel good. But the show is over at 7:30pm. I am DONE. Like, I need to be in bed with my legs propped up, a book (lots of recs in my Amazon store or Goodreads account), my neck wrap, red light and 528 frequencies.
Any ‘trying to conceive’ tips?
L: Telling yourself you can’t get pregnant is an affirmation. Every morning, every night and throughout the day, start telling yourself “I can get pregnant. I am healthy. I am fertile. I trust my body. My womb is strong.” Your mind is listening. Try reading or listening to You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. It’s impacted my mindset and entire life in such a positive way. Your inner narrative influences your experience.
Eat foods that support fertility like beef and liver (here’s a supplement if you can’t stomach it), lentils, eggs, Greek yogurt and other meats.
Try acupuncture for fertility and audit every single thing in your home. We are surrounded by chemicals. Start with small changes, try not to get overwhelmed! Here are some helpful resources to start with:

What are your staple pregnancy products?
L: A worm pillow, a Kindle, tons of books, these leggings and this dress.
How do you deal with all the blood taking for checking on the baby?
L: My doctor is cool – she’s a real vibe. This was VERY important to me. She doesn’t dictate, she’s collaborative, she listens to me and it’s liberating. I don’t want to just do the broad checklist. I have questions and modifications. I have done one blood test and that’s all I plan to do, hopefully.
Everyone is unique and it shouldn’t be a plug and play situation. I am my own advocate and very intuitive with my body and to what feels right for me.
How are you dealing with fatigue?
L: My hole in the wall foot spa! I’ve also been going to Pellqur when I’m in LA for my favorite Korean body scrub and getting Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. I think both have been helpful for my nervous system, immune system and energy levels. Dry brushing every day helps with this too, and improves circulation and reduces cellulite.
