When adapting new habit becomes a herculine task.

Following are the points to adapt any daily habits with ease: 1.Question yourself that what are all new daily habits to be adapted? This means create a list of all the habits that you want to adapt….like every single  and smallest to biggest one 2.Which one are really very much in need? Not all daily habits that what we want to adapt comes from our will…we are influenced by people around us and simply want to becomes like others and force ourself which is not a good thing. Because even if we become like others we loose our uniqueness! 3. One habit at one go Prioritise only one habit first.Adapting new habits gets challenging because it requires to brake the old belief we are attached to… thus dont hurry yourself. Just take one habit work on it and once it becomes your habit with ease then go for other one. For example: If you want to make a habit of reading everyday then untill and unless you read with ease for few days and really feel interested dont adapt another habit of getting up early as chances are there that second habit might take time to develop and by that time you again lost the grip of first habit that you recently cultivated. 4. Stress less In the era of perfection and running behind name ,fame and money or want to be like others dont be hard on yourself! Allow yourself to breath…do hell lot of mistakes…but learn from it….Dont over stress yourself. Its all okay its just an habit. 5. Find the root of the problem or reason behind not adapting the habits! Suppose you want to develop habit of getting up by 6.00 . Then you must first see when are you sleeping….first correct sleeping time. And suppose we use mobile due to which we are sleeping late then avoid using that first….thus find the route of the problem and then try to work on it rather then simply putting alarm of 6.00 where by sleep time is 12.00! 6. Take baby steps Suppose you want to develop a habit of execising for 40 mins. Start with 5 mins! Brake habits into small one…It would be easy to finish it and eventually it would increase your confidence. 7. Enjoy doing it. Its our life ….In the way of perfection dont forget to enjoy the process of trying . To be frank success gives happiness for a very less time but if we enjoy the whole process of succeeding no matter what the result comes we are actually enjoying it and living our life to the best! 8. Give yourself enough time to adapt new habits See ....first of all its very natural that adapting new habits takes hell lot of efforts sometimes. It could also be like you might be succesful for 3 days and then back to start!  But what we must understand is that its all okay. When we accept that its natural to be unsuccessful in adapting new habits we give ourself acceptance and be good to ourself rather then simply forcing. When we are in the process of change it must be like a reward to us not as a punishment as afterall we are doing it only for making our life much better. 9. Keep a track record of progress Even if its as small as drinking 2 glass of water in the morning or as big as reading 2 books per month. The thing is we must follow a track record of all the progress we made so far. Some days we might do it...somedays we might not. Somedays we might reach near to it ...sometimes we just lose the grip. Thus when we track this all, it becomes very easy to see overall picture and  gives us confidence and motivation to achieve our desired aim . 10. Consistency is the key Even if its small improvement make it consistent. Instead of winning big thing a day and then losing it all next day its great to win little by little everyday regularly. This creates basic structure much more stronger and it becomes easy to get the desired result. 11. Never lose hope The days when you were not able to follow things, understand the reason behind it and find solutions for it rather then losing hope and not trying at all next time. Suppose you wanted to develop a habit of reading book, you did for 3 days but then you dont read it. Understand the reason behind it might be you lose interest....Might be the book is not at all as per your interest. At that time instead of forcing yourself to read same or losing hope abd quit reading....you can just try with other book which is far way different then current one! 12. Do what makes your time worth of it  Sometimes in the name of society we forget that what actually is required and what not. For example: studying in morning is a great habit but not everyone needs to follow that. Might be you are more focused in night and can study with ease then in the morning. Thus as life doesnt come with manual card...it is what it is. Do what best suits you but make sure that your reason of not doing is not laziness or stupid excuses!
