In blog post Part 1, I described how to subscribe to the PAYG service to use the Oracle Autonomous Database in Azure. Now it’s time to provision a new ADB. As prerequisites, a resource group, a virtual network and several subnets are created. When provisioning an Autonomous Database on Oracle Database@Azure, it is essential to use a delegated subnet. A delegated subnet is a subnet within a virtual network that is specifically designated for use by a particular service.
