The Pole Dancer's lies on ending the impacts of the Dobb's decision on abortion.

Today's quiz question for leftists generally and Pole Dancer supporters particularly. In essence, the Supreme Court Dobbs decision can be summed up as a "State's Rights" (i.e., 10th Amendment) position, combined with the fact that neither "privacy" nor "abortion" are mentioned in the Constitution in any way, let alone a "right."The left and Pole Dancer claim that a vote for Willie's Woman will magically result in the restoration of the abortion on demand ability, nationwide.OK.How?How exactly would electing Knee Pads, in any way enable that to happen?Even IF such a LAW could be passed, the Supreme Court would just throw it out again. Any federal law restricting states from their ability to regulate abortion would be subsequently challenged and quickly overturned.A few years back, the then Speaker of the House campaigned on the idea that the House would, apparently on their own, Strip out the provision funding 87,000 additional IRS agents.I knew that was a crock then, said as much, and guess what? The 87,000 agent provision is still in effect. While BOTH sides lie to get elected... I really want to know. How, exactly, does PD believe she can actually accomplish this dog whistle? The ONLY way to get a nationwide law into effect, is through a constitutional amendment to the US Constitution. And while such an effort may exist, I can't find it.I'm confused as to why the leftists in Congress haven't appeared to make such an attempt. When it comes to the issue of a nationwide ability to get an abortion, who the president is will make zero difference in the matter.I get that the Pole Dancer's party has nothing else to run on after the debacle of the Harris/Biden disaster. But leftists leaning that way should, perhaps, understand that a President Harris couldn't do anything more about it than a President Biden. The Pole Dancer knows this. But you're so eager to get played and she's so eager to play you that facts and constitutional reality have no room in your decision-making process. Vote for the "economic illiterate" if you must. But do so knowing that, going in, she's lying to you on abortion.
