With an MSRP of $90, the Echo Show 5 is the cheapest it’s been this year outside of Prime Day. Now, however, you don’t need a Prime subscription to get your hands on a discounted smart display.
The Echo Show 5 features a 5.5-inch display that lets you check out the news, get weather forecasts, or even review footage from your Ring cameras or video doorbells. You can even ask Alexa on the Echo Show to turn off the lights in the other rooms.
When you’re not using it for anything in particular, the Echo Show 5 can act as a digital frame, perfect for enjoying your latest vacation pictures. This smart display even allows video calls via the 2MP camera. (Don’t worry–you can always close the physical shutter for privacy).
