Natalie Shacklett has completed year two of a three-year leadership role for the Middle Tennessee Association of Legal Administrators (MTALA) Board of Directors. Natalie served as Vice President from 2022-2023, and in April will complete her term as Chapter President. She will finish out the leadership role as Immediate Past President during 2024-2025. During her time as President, Natalie oversaw the implementation of organizational pricing for the local chapter, with a goal of assisting firm administrators with succession planning and boosting awareness and recruitment to ALA. “Serving in a leadership role for a professional development organization has been a goal of mine since the start of my career,” says Natalie. “I’m grateful that MTALA entrusted me with the honor of serving as President. Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with my fellow Board members to provide rich educational sessions for our Chapter members and have gained invaluable knowledge from my fellow members and business partners that has made me a stronger and more confident administrator for Meridian Law. I’m eternally grateful for Meridian’s support of my involvement with MTALA, and I’m excited to see what the next year brings as I transition into my role as Immediate Past President.” The Association of Legal Administrators focuses on the delivery of cutting-edge management and leadership products and services to the global legal community.
