Treatment options available for second recurrenceHi everyone,Has anyone here or perhaps Stephen that would have any recommendations for a second recurrence?My sister just had her third resection (second recurrence) and we are now looking for options for methyled:wild-type/ATRX not in favour of mutation IDH1 absent not in favour mutationanti-GFAP positiveSeptember 2020, after being diagnosed,  She had her resection #1 (followed by temodal and radiation). Temodal for about 18 months August 2022  Recurrence #1 followed by temodal for a month then rapid growth.October 2022 Resection #2  followed with 1 month with PCV Jan 2023         Recurrence #2 Feb 2023         Resection #3She’s 47 and lives in Montreal. Is 1 month enough to say temodal isn’t working anymore? And PCV for just one cycle ?Is there anyone here who also have had multiple recurrences? Thank you so much for your help.
