Trippin’ with TK is a content series that explores snowboarding’s past through the people who lived it. Guided by Burton archivist Todd Kohlman, the series visits collectors, riders, and cultural figures to uncover the boards, gear, and stories that shaped snowboarding.

Each episode feels like stepping into someone’s personal archive. From rare boards to forgotten prototypes, TK helps unpack the objects that define snowboarding history while connecting them to the riders and communities pushing the culture forward today.

For a new generation discovering snowboarding, Trippin with TK shows that the sport’s history is not locked in a museum. It lives in garages, basements, and collections around the world.

In this episode, We’re back in SLC to meet up with John Mueller, a die-hard Burton enthusiast and one of Salt Lakes most active collectors. His collection focuses on the early years of his riding, and any plank that speaks to him. Along with being an avid collector, John is an expert in restoring boards to their factory out of the box feel.
