Corona Virus Update

We are pleased to be able to offer you workouts that fill our minds with the comfort of God’s word while we stretch. Please see YouTube and Facebook to do live workouts with us daily. We are so thankful to be able to offer our resources to the public because online workouts is who we are and what we do!

Here in CA, on March 11, our California State Governor, Gavin Newsom, issued a statement announcing that gatherings with 250 people or more should be rescheduled or cancelled. On March 12, Governor Newsom issued a new executive order to direct Californians to follow public health directives including cancelling large gatherings more than 250 people. Our general disposition as Christians ought to be to subject ourselves to our governing authorities (Rom. 13:1) unless our governing authorities are asking us to disobey God’s law (Acts 5:29).

We are so thankful for technology so we can continue to workout and enjoy daily fellowship, prayer and worship around the Word of God. We pray for your protection as we all seek the Shelter of the Most High.

Psalm 91
