I love to make sweet treats for Valentine’s Day. There’s something so fun about preparing desserts that are pink and white. Heart shaped cookies and cupcakes with pink frosting are some of our favorites for this holiday. I wanted to make a cookie that was naturally pink, so I turned to freeze dried strawberries. Grinding up the dried strawberries in a mini food processor makes a fine powder that’s perfect for adding color and flavor to this dough. These were a big hit with my family!
