The NO MORE Week Challenge

Move with us, stand with survivors, and say NO MORE.

The NO MORE Week Challenge

Join the NO MORE Week Challenge 2026, a free virtual walk or run where people around the world are taking action to raise awareness and support survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

What is it?

The NO MORE Week Challenge is a virtual walk or run, which draws participants from all over the globe! Individuals and teams choose their distance (5K, 10K or Half Marathon) and complete it during NO MORE Week (March 2-8), to join a movement from all over the world, raise awareness about domestic and sexual violence, and show their solidarity with survivors.

How does it work?

  • Sign up for free!
  • Choose your distance: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon
  • Join as an individual - or start a team and get your friends, family or co-workers involved!
  • Use our fundraising resources to amplify your impact and encourage your loved ones to donate to support survivors.
  • Complete your challenge anywhere, at your own pace, during NO MORE Week (March 2-8 2026)

Why it matters

Every step helps connect survivors to lifesaving support and resources.

Domestic and sexual violence affects 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men worldwide, but silence can keep survivors isolated. By taking part, you are helping to break that silence and show survivors they are not alone.

Hundreds of people across the world will be taking part during NO MORE Week. Together, we're breaking the silence, raising awareness, and building momentum for change.

Be part of something incredible this NO MORE Week!

Not at all. You can walk, run, roll, or move in any way that works for you. The challenge is about showing up, not speed or distance.

Where does the challenge take place?

Anywhere in the world. The NO MORE Week Challenge is virtual, so you can complete your chosen distance from your own community, on your own schedule, during NO MORE Week.

When do I complete my challenge?

You can complete your distance at any time between March 2 and March 8, 2026, during NO MORE Week.

How do I fundraise?

Once you register, you’ll get access to simple fundraising tools, templates, and guidance. Most participants start by sharing their page with friends, family, or colleagues. Small actions add up.

I’ve never done anything like this before. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Many people join for the first time every year. The challenge is designed to be inclusive, flexible, and supportive for everyone.

Can I join an in-person event?

Yes. Many run clubs, workplaces, and community groups choose to host their own in-person NO MORE Week Challenge each year. If you’d like to bring people together for a local walk or run, we’d love to support you. Get in touch with us at together@nomore.org to tell us about your plans.
