Always Leave Room for Exponential Growth (If Necessary) 

If you plan on adding more employees to your team, you want to leave room for growth versus rearranging your office when new faces join the team. It’s better to plan ahead versus wondering where you’ll fit new desks or how you plan to expand the break rooms. You should also consider making room for new clients and consider whether your conference rooms have enough space to accommodate more meetings.
