AEA Investors, a global middle-market private investment firm, has hired Adam Biren as partner and head of capital formation for the Americas within its investor relations and fundraising team. Mr. Biren will focus on fundraising across North America and expanding the firm’s investor network. He joins from Apollo Global Management, where he was a managing director […]

AEA Investors, a global middle-market private investment firm, has hired Adam Biren as partner and head of capital formation for the Americas within its investor relations and fundraising team. Mr. Biren will focus on fundraising across North America and expanding the firm’s investor network. He joins from Apollo Global Management, where he was a managing director covering investors in the U.S. South and Southeast, and previously held roles at Evercore, JPMorgan, Sandell Asset Management, ICV Partners, and Houlihan Lokey. He reports to Steve Elia, global head of investor relations and fundraising. Founded in 1968, AEA manages approximately $19 billion and will base Mr. Biren in its New York office.
