Abaca Tea Co is Now Open at SM City Cebu

Coffee may always have my heart, but every now and then, it’s nice to slow down with a good cup of tea.

My newest café find is Abacá Tea Co. at SM City Cebu, offering a refreshing lineup of handcrafted teas paired with freshly baked pastries and savory bites.

Here’s what we tried:
Matcha Strawberry Cream (P240) – earthy matcha topped with a rich, sweet strawberry cheese foam.
Peach Passion Fruit (P220) – a refreshing blend of peach tea, tropical passion fruit, and crisp cucumber.
Hibiscus Raspberry (P220) – floral hibiscus tea balanced with sweet-tart raspberry and fresh orange.

To pair with our drinks, we had the buttery Roasted Apple Kouign-Amann, the flavorful Pork Kare Pan, and one of their fresh sandwiches, perfect for a light brunch or an afternoon snack.

If you’re looking for a café that’s a little different from your usual coffee run, this is definitely worth a visit. Who knows? You might just find your new favorite tea ritual.
