Simone Moraes, member of the Research Group on Quality and Organizational Excellence (RG-QOE) and student of the Master Program in Quality Engineering and Management (MEGQ) presented her Master Dissertation last February 27.The dissertation entitled “Uma nova Implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade no âmbito da Norma ISO 9001:2015 – em uma Vidraria” was supervised by Professor Paulo Sampaio. The examination was performed by Professor Pedro Domingues (Senior Researcher at the ALGORITMI Research Centre).
