Two Epic Custom Container Projects Delivered in Ontario
Two very different projects, two very practical solutions.
TargetBox recently completed and delivered a pair of custom container builds in Ontario, each designed around the realities of active job sites and industrial use.
In Ayr, 40’ high cube containers were modified to support a Calhoun Super Structure, creating a stacked modular system built for added height and structural capability. In Collingwood, a 40’ unit was converted into a fully functional site office for Sealey and Arnhill Construction, complete with insulated interior finishing, lighting, HVAC and private office space for field operations.
Different builds, same goal: a fast, functional space that works on-site without slowing the job down.
Collingwood Project – 40’ Office Unit (Sealey and Arnhill Construction)
TargetBox supplied a 40’ office unit for Sealey and Arnhill Construction for use on a road construction site in Collingwood.
The unit was set up as a temporary site office and configured with 2 man doors and 3 windows. Inside, it was finished with a full interior package including framing, ceiling, lighting, air conditioning, and a separate enclosed office room with its own door.
It’s being used as an on-site operations space while construction work is underway.
Ayr Project – 40’ High Cube Containers with Calhoun Super Structure
TargetBox supplied and delivered a set of 40’ high cube containers fitted with a Calhoun Super Structure on top for a project in Ayr, Ontario.
The containers were prepared as the base units, then modified to support the added steel Super Structure. Once complete, the units were moved to the site and set in place for use.
The end result is a stacked, reinforced modular setup that gives the project extra height and usable space without needing traditional on-site construction.
