Terra Hill Condo (former Flynn Park) sitting along Yew Siang Road in Pasir Panjang since 1986 has been bought by a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments with a bid of S$371 million recently. Flynn Park is originally comprised of 72 apartments and sits on an elevated 208,443 sq ft freehold plot of land. It is in District 5. The redeveloped site will be a luxurious, low density development that is able to hold about 271 residential units, averaging 100 square meters.
