Hello! Happy 10-year anniversary to us!Starting Tall and Preppy on July 5, 2015 was one of the best decisions I ever made. 16-year-old Elizabeth would be so happy and proud to see what we are up to today. If you have been here for a long time, thanks for sticking around. If you are recently new, welcome and I’m so glad you are here. To all my friends that are just reading this post for the first time, welcome, let me introduce myself.  My name is Elizabeth. I am 26 years old and I am the owner, creative director and CEO of Tall and Preppy. I started T&P when I was 16 and was going into my senior year of high school. I’ve always loved to write (I later became an English major) and get dressed and I wanted to share my stories, life and outfits with the world. I’ve shown you my last year of high school, all four years of college, three years of law school, travels and now lawyer and engaged life.Planning a wedding has sadly put blogging on the back burner at the moment, but I will be back posting and writing more soon, once I have some more time, as I am a one woman show, besides all my various photographers (mom, Alex, friends!) At 16 years old, I had no idea what kind of impact this blog would have on my life. I had no idea this creative outlet would become a small business. It has taught me how to negotiate, how to manage my time, how to be organized, how to advocate for myself and how to be a self-starter. I have learned about SEO, marketing, pitching and so much more.  I have been committed to this business for 10 years. I have grown so much over the past decade. This brand has transformed and grown with me. I am so proud of myself and what I have built with the help and support of all of you. I am building my dream life. I am so glad to have this online diary to see every step of the way. And I am so glad I get to share my life with all of you. A lot of dreams have come true thanks to this blog. I have a lot more dreams still to accomplish. If you want to start a blog, a business, anything, just start! You have no idea where life will take you.  It has been a wonderful 10 years and I cannot wait for the next 10. Cheers to us!
