Everything BEC Pasta 
Everything bagel seasoning a top a cheesy, creamy pasta with crispy bacon and an egg 
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pasta
- 1 boursin cheese
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 4 slices thick cut bacon cooked and chopped
- everything bagel seasoning
- 1 egg I cooked sunny side up but feel free to cook it how you like
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining. Melt the boursin cheese in a pan. You can do this in the oven, too. Add heavy cream and crispy cooked bacon. Add 1/2 c pasta water and then pasta. Toss until combined, adding additional pasta water if needed. Topped with the egg and everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
